It was my first offense and I am flying out to London this week. The offense will be cleared from my record on March 3, 2007 after I submit paperwork from this alcohol possession course. I submitted my passport to the SF office and it will be ready on Wednesday. Everyone I talked to (online and passport customer service) said it should not be a problem, but I am scared it will be. Is anyone 100% sure I will get approved if this is the ONLY thing on my record?

YOu will be fine. Now if you had a Felony, such as selling 5 lbs of marijuana, than you'd be in trouble. But misdemeanors aren't a big deal when it comes to getting a passport. Assuming your not on probation, you will get one without a hassel.

Yes you can get a passport, anyone can, all a passport does is prove your citizenship, and its good positive identification since its gov't issued. Now, depending on any criminal history, its up to the country you plan on visiting to either let you in or not.
