During the last one day series India played in West Indies, the pitches there were found to be spinner friendly. Unless they change the nature of the pitches for the World Cup, one can expect the pitches there helping the spinners.

For many years the West Indies had some off the most feared fast bowlers in the world. But during the early 90's more and more West Indians started playing basket ball and this resulted in not many new fast bowlers coming onto the cricket scene. The cricket team ended up with spin & meduim fast bowlers and the West Indians had to change there pitches to accommodate the new bowlers. So to answer your question, yes the pitches will be spinner friendly.
