here it is, i'm going to hav emy period this week and i feel the symptoms: cramping, tender nipples nad breasts but mostly depression...i am so depressed it's not even funny even while typing this i'm in the verge of tears. i have exams tomorrow and i cant concentrate...i feel so down, i know it's cause of my pms but you know...i just wnat to go into my room and jsut cry till i die....any suggestions on what to do??

Theres not much you can do some times u just have to have a good cry just to let it out. even though you dont know why ur crying. but calcium helps with the physical and emotional symptoms of PMS. I suggest Tums Calcium PMS. That helps me. I hope This helps

go outside, walk around, and get plenty of sunshine. eat well and don't consume a lot of sugar or caffeine which will only exacerbate the symptoms. take warm baths, enjoy a good book, and get plenty of sleep by turning in early. also, remember these feelings are only temporary and in a few days things will return to normal and you'll feel better. if you're really suffering talk to your doctor and ask for an anti-anxiety prescription like xanax for that time of the month; however i would only recommend that in extreme cases.
