Definitely if you can afford it. It is superior to the PS3. It is worth the money, and the PS3 will be worth the money in about two years when they finally drop the price. The graphics are the same, so thats not a factor, and the number of games on the 360 are much higher. The only factor that PS3 has is the Blu-Ray DVD player, so thats nice, but not necessarily better, especially if you don't have an HDTV.

The Xbox 360. Why? Because all games for the Xbox 360 are in high-definition and the graphics are pretty much the same as the PS3. There's built-in support for wireless controllers and excellent online gaming, content downloads, and communications via Xbox Live. The console is not only backward compatible with many (but not all) original Xbox titles, but it also doubles as a superior digital media hub and Windows Media extender. The system's online Marketplace allows easy purchases of mini-games, movies, and TV shows. The Xbox 360 delivers the power and performance of a high-end gaming PC, including impressive digital media and networking features.

xbox 360 has been out there for a year now. they have a great range of games for all ages. The machine is almost as powerful as ps3 and xbox live is a really cool feature. the price of the 360 is also very affordable. i would definately buy the 360 over ps3 . wii doesnt have many games.

Well if you love your PS2 like me, PS3 definitely. Better games, better graphics, more power.
