Probably. My guess is that one will come out next holiday season or in 2008; in the meantime, I wouldn't be surprised if they release one or two of the older versions on the Virtual Console.

Yes, it is quite likely that they will. It is rumored, though, and there's a high chance it'll get made. The below source is an interview discussing the producer's thoughts on how the Wii could change the Mario Kart series.

no not yet but I heard they are coming out with it in 2007-2008 and they are making mario party 8 for the wii

they are, along with another Mario Party and another Mario Strikers.
i'm definately hoping for another Mario Tennis on the Wii
