Due to personal reasons, I need to quit masturbating for a while. It's kind of hard not to, so I'm wondering how can I control myself for a few weeks?

You need to replace it with something else. Maybe it would be good to have a strategy. For example, every time you get the urge, use the treadmill, or if the weather permits, go for a walk, or play ball or go to the mall. Preferably something physical and in public, so you won't be able to do it.

I don't see anything wrong with that, if it gives you pleasure and satisfaction keep doing it, sometimes is better to do it alone rather than with company (intercourse) which could get you in trouble. But, you need to interact with others so you might find the love of your life someday.

Live in day tight compartments. Keep yourself real busy so you don't have time for such stuffs. Get a hobby with people involved so you gotta keep a commitment to go. eg. golf, basketball, juz any social activity

Avoid any material or situations that normally arouse you. If you feel your mind straying in that direction, then go for a brisk walk or phone a friend...anything to divert your thoughts back to normal.

I have no idea. We were told, as kids, that we would go blind if we kept it up. I am 60 and use bifocals. So I guess it is not bad. Just don't do it in public. People tend to stare.
