Well your spelling could use a little help. That aside, I don't think that sentence sounds correct. Maybe something like this "On this day last year, I saw you for the first time."

What are you trying to say?
"Today feels like when I first saw you a year ago"?
oh, and I'd spell out "you" and "for"

Try this: It was this day, last year, that I saw you for the first time.
Also, sentences is spelled like I just spelled it. Use your spell check.
