Depends on how much coverage you need and how heavy the concealer is if it's not too heavy you can do concealer foundation and then concealer to touch up or instead use a powder to touch up.

The normal would be to put foundation on first then concealer but many put foundation then concealer what ever works best for the individual.

You need to make sure you cleanse tone and moisturize always take your make up before bed!!

Foundation first, and this is from experience. If you put concealer on first, chances are it will be smudged or rubbed off when you apply the foundation over it. Make sure to get a concealer that matches your skintone almost perfectly and that you blend well though.

Foundation then concealer. If you do it the other way around then the foundation will rub off the concealer!

Foundation then blend the concealer gently over the areas you want to conceal.

concealer goes on first and then apply the foundation. if you need a little more concealer after foundation just blend a little more without leaving any visible spots.

foundation goes on first and then concealer just covers up blemishes and little spots it does not go over entire face.

Concealer should go on FIRST people! You should just put it on trouble spots like under your eyes and any red areas. Then put on your foundation. Next, use a powder that is LIGHTER than your skin tone under your eyes with a makeup wedge. Then use your regular powder on top of your entire face. Next put some more of the white powder under your eyes to catch any fallen eye shadow. Do your eyeshadow and if any falls you can lightly dust if off with a brush and it won't color your face. Next do your blush. I use a creme blush from MAC. It stays on all day long. After that I use MAC iridescent loose powder. It's a bronzer. After I bronze the ridge of my nose, cheeks, and forehead I apply my mascara.
