Thre are two ways to go. You can get an MS at a few schools -- or you can get an MBA with a concentration in finance.

University of California at Berkeley has a MFE program. Princeton Economics has a MS degree in financial economics. University of Chicago has a MS in Mathematical Finance through their math department.

Several schools have MBA programs where you can take a lot of finance classes and end up with a more marketable degree. MIT's Sloan School even has a concentration in Financial Engineering. Other good MBA programs for finance include Duke, Wharton, Chicago, UCLA and Berkeley.

My opinions are biased -- but informed. I have an MBA from Duke, a PhD from Berkeley and have taught at MIT and Wharton.
