the one thing all employers look for is confidence not only in yourself but in your qualifications. If you believe you can do the job you will be fine. If you believe in yourself and go in make eye contact and just speak clearly and appear interested and confident then you will do well. Most employers will take a chance on someone who might be a little under qualified but are sure of themselves and the work they do then on someone who is qualified but wasn't sure of themselves and presented in a bay way.

Be confident.
Know who you are.
Be prepared for off-the-wall questions.
Relax.
Take your time giving each question proper thought before responding, but not too much time, otherwise the interviewer might think you're "challenged."
Have fun.

Oh, and debrief yourself after the interview, like what questions you were asked, what questions you asked, if you felt the interview went well, or if there were some awkward moments.

My best advice is to go to Monster Job or Career Builders or Yahoo hot jobs and on these sites there are plenty of good interviewing advice. Good luck
