Hi, Does anyone know of a site which has a good definition of the a-a gradient (alveolar-arterial gradient) and actually lists all in one place the various causes of an elevated or decreased a-a gradient? All the ones I keep pulling up just are a-a calculators and I need more.

Also, I am looking for a site with basic practice problems on metabolic/respiratory alkalosis/acidosis, that don't really take into account the electrolytes. I just need to get the ABG basics down first.

THANKS SO MUCH!
