We have this fat guy at my work who weighs like 600 lbs. When he's in the bathroom he pulls his pants and underwear around his ankles and has to hold his belly up while he pee's. The way the urinals are positioned you would have to squeeze by his *** to get to follow proper urinal protocol. His *** is nasty not to mention the ungodly smell. What can I do to stop this from happening?

As usual Roch Cop give ignorant answers. If it was that simple I would not need to ask the question. This is a small building in a fairly remote location. One mens room.

Also, as I do not watch the bathroom door, you never know when his *** is going to be in there.

Don't watch....Two problems with this answerer.
1 - That doesn't help the smell.
2 - The thing takes up about 1/3 of the space in the room.

Everyone has to use the bathroom. No doubt he knows everything that you have described and is probably embarrassed. This is really not a big deal. Live and let live. If you need to go to the restroom, just go. You really should not make a big deal out of this and make the poor guy feel worse. Think about how you would feel, were you in his shoes.
