The energy contained within a single photon of light of a particular frequency (v) is given as,
E = hv
Where E is the Energy and h is Planck's constant (it is not important what this value is for your purposes, but it is 6.63 E-34 J s).
You can see from the above equation that the higher the frequency of light, the higher the energy contained within the light.

If you are asking your question specifically pertaining to visible light (instead of all light included within the electromagnetic spectrum), then the answer would be violet light.
The visible spectrum extends from wavelengths of about 400 nanometers to 700 nm. Wavelength and frequency are inversely proportional (as wavelength goes up, frequency goes down). The smaller the wavelength, the higher the frequency, and thus the higher the energy.
Violet light is right on the edge of the visible spectrum with the highest visible frequency, so it is the color of light which has the most energy per photon.

If you question is not specifically pertaining to visible light, then you would want to go into higher frequencies of light with more energy. Beyond violet light is ultraviolet light, then X-rays, and further still are gamma-rays.

Conversely, light with the least energy extends in the opposite direction....red light has the least energy of the visible spectrum...but beyond this is Infrared, microwaves, and then radio waves.

Blue has more advantageous power because its it wavelength is a lot more advantageous and the better the ability the faster the Hz and the smaller the wavelength the frequency of blue is 10,000,000,000,000Hz yet for pink that is in elementary words one hundred,000,000,000 Gamma rays have the most power they could also penetrate with the help of more advantageous fabric than the different style of electromagnetic gentle it has a very small wavelength the size of an atomic nuclei radio waves have the smallest quantity of power and hence have a low wavelength this is about the size of homes wish this enables hi there

The color white would reflect the most energy to your eyes. Because something that is white reflects all the wavelengths of light.

violet

the order from lowest to highest is red, orange, yellow, green, blue indigo, violet

it can be remembered by the mnemonic ROYGBIV (pronounced roy-jee-biv)

violet (like ultraviolet rays)
the waves are more frequent, so they have more power
