How do you become nominated to become a spokesperson about multiculturalism in Australia?

I am wanting to voice my opinions on the way everone is so easy to critisise everyone elses nationalities and i have had enough of hearing it. I want to know how to stand up and get my opinion heard as i think everyone deserves to live here without rude remarks- also i was born in Australia and i think if i can live with all different cultures so should the rest of Australia - that includes Australian, Asians, Lebanese, Spanish, Italians, Arabs and any other culture that lives here. i want everyone to respect each other and i want to make a difference in making Australia hate free towards everyone else
