MORE THEN LIKELY IT'S FROZE UP , BUT TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE HAVE SOME ONE OR YOURSELF CHECK THE BREAKS OUT.

There is moisture in wheel hub and when it gets below freezing the moisture freezes and causes sensor in wheel hub to have a not accurate reading causing ABS light to come on. May need to replace faulty wheel hub

could be ice buildup on the sensor or in a sensor plug, if the plugs are in good shape un-plug each one and spray some WD40 into and on the contacts and plug them back in, this will rule out any moisture in the plugs.

bad wheel sensor(s) , when the abs light is on ur abs is simply disabled.

the viscosity of brake fluid changed with temperature extremes.check to make sure you are using a brake fluid recommended for your particular vehicle.
