If you and your girlfriend(significant other), were traveling through the southwest near the Mexican border, and were flagged down to help a man, but it turned out to be a trap, and you strangled him during the altercation that occurred, would you tell the police, or would you drag his body 100 yards into the scrub brush, and drive off?

That's a difficult question. If in fact it was in self defense, why the strangling and not just cutting off the airway until the person passes out instead of killing them? I would say that if it was in fact self defense there would be no reason not to call the police.

Well, if I was gonna drag the body I would at least go thru his pockets cause he might have some cash, and then I would steal his jewelry. But, if it was really self defense, I would call the cops and let them handle it. I would hope he was running a few million back to Mexico and tried to car jack me, then I would drag him and be rich.

I would cover my hands so it won't show prints and drag his body 100 yards into the scrub brush laugh on his face spit on him and then drive off
