i am 14years old and weigh 144 pounds but i am 5'4 am i overweight?
How can i get a 6 pack in 3-4 weeks?
I feel the 6 pack and it is a little visible but i have a bit of bay fat over it?

i am the same age wieght and hieght as u!!! but um run alot im in track and i got rid of my belly fat then set a limit of how many situps for u to do each day

Make sure you start and stay with a good cardio workout plan. Run, briskly walk, do stepping exercises, etc. 3 - 5 times a week for atleast 20 mins. continuously. There are a ton of different exercises you can do to strengthen your core and keep that 6 pack. Also, don't forget to eat right. : ) Good Luck

no your not over weight because i am 13 5"7 1/2, and 155. i'm trying to get abs too and its working. do crunches and situps
