Running doesn't seem to be doing anything. I'm willing to try anything with exercise or diet.

I'm 18 btw, and when I was 14 I had a six, almost 8 pack and a toned all around body

Okay here's what u need 2 do get off the net and ou of the chair and go work ur as* off!!! Duh go run ( more) or get a treadmill or don't eat as much my momma lost eighty lbs. by just eating less with abseloutely no exercise other than everyday things!! In six months!!

I totally know how you feel. I've had my small gut and man t*ts for a while. I've always felt so self-conscious about it. But i'm starting to do better. You need to watch what you're eating the cardio should help if you have a good diet. Try to limt your junk food eating a little, and watch your caloric intake. I've heard that eating 5 SMALL meals a day helps your metabolism, and digestion. Also the more muscle you have, the more fat you can burn. I'm 15 and I wish I've ever had even a one-pack. This fat seems to have been here forever. lol.

Try some other cardio exercises i.e. belly dancing : ) step aerobics, dancing around the house! It doesn't matter what you do just get off the couch and move. Do at least 20 mins continuous cardio work 3 - 5 times a week. You can do this, no problem! : )

Listen fella you know what you have to do. You count calories that you eat and stop when you have eaten 2000 cals in a day. after that only eat fruit and veg. Never go to any junk food shop and drink alcohol in moderation. Walk instead of driving or riding. Easy just do it! Willpower required of course!
