Ahahaha! If you want to become a woman shouldn't you be dreaming about having a real period? No, you don't get to have periods after sex change.

Is this a joke... are you being a funny bunny. When you do the sex change you won't be a woman, only a freak. You might look somewhat like one, but thats as far as it goes. I can put a facade on a Pinto to make it look like a Corvette, but its still a ******* pinto minus a couple of nuts and a bolt.

For someone seriously considering a sex change, you would already know that you would not be able to menstruate.
Shame on you for mocking such a sensitive issue for those who really are serious about a change.

They bleed heaps during as they slice your penis down the middle to form your vagina. Before you make jokes about this operation, consider that, and that it probably takes at least a month for that to recover enough to think about your doctored bits being used.

The doctors do not create all of the proper plumbing to be a complete woman. You will not bleed, have cramps, get pregnant, etc. Are you serious with this question?

Funny how people love quoting south park episodes to sound so witty and hilarious. Why don't you go watch the episode where Mr. Garrison has his sex change again and let the rest of us get back our IQ points from reading your idiotic question.

Uh, you're young aren't you? No, you were born a man. You won't have the necessary parts to have a period. I say you bypass all of the frustration and stay the way God made you...A MAN!
God bless!

The good news is that if you do this operation, you won't pass along your genetic code.

The bad news is that you don't understand the process of passing along genetic code....

You will never have a period. You will only have the external features, but not the rest of the plumbing.

Obviously it would help if you did more research?

Got another one for you funny man/woman. You will never have a " real " orgasm again. That takes a mostly full set of female parts too.
