I have an MP3 player and want to put some rap and r&b music on, right now i have county b/c i am a country fan but also like rap and r&b it is there any really good songs

Anything from the Temptations (Motown) - especially their early stuff from around the time of "My Girl" Also The Impressions when Curtis Mayfield was with them or if you want to go back into the late 1950's, when Jerry Butler was with them. And how can we forget Ray Charles - the Genuis? Anything by Ray is good, particularly his late 1950's - 1960's stuff.
Couldn't begin to tell you a thing about rap since I can't stand it. But to each his or her own.

2pac is my all time favorite...some good songs by him are Dear Mama, Hail Mary, Ambitions as a Ridah..

I would say that as far as the R&B goes, try Canton Jones...he is actually Christian R&B and his music is VERY nice.....
