you know what girls like?
stuff that shows them that you KNOW her, that you listen to her, that you really care...
so its not about price tag, its about what you get. that pair of earrings she admired once on a date in June... the movie that the two of you watched on your first date... your favorite sweatshirt that she always borrows wrapped in ribbon... you know something like that. sentiment multiplies the dollar value.
in fact, don't even go by dollar value. a mixed group of a couple things that show you love her is better than a 99.99 dollar piece of jewelry.

Good gift? The classic gifts under 100 bucks are Perfume, try Victoria's Secret- Heavenly or Estee Lauder's- Pleasures they smell great! A good purse can be bought for under a 100 like Guess. Also a nice necklace maybe with a small diamond, they are pretty and not that expensive.

most of thge time it is the thought that counts, not how much you spend on her. showing someone how much you care and adore them is much more important.
i suggest that you pack a nice picnic hamper, take the day off work, fill up your car with petrol and drive somewhere beautiful and private for the day. devote all your attention to her and give her the whole day. have a nice picnic, go for a walk. have a nice talk and enjoy a beautiful drive back home. make sure you go somewhere nice and far away from your usual everyday places.
i guarantee she will love it and it is far more romantic and heartfelt than expensive jewellery or perfume, she will remember and cherish this forever.

bottle of raulph lauren romance (everytime i wear this i get lots of compliments from men and women. can't go wrong with this scent.). a good pic of you two in a nice frame (you can get a nice one from the dollar store) and a chilled bottle of asti spurmente (sweet champaign...drank this at my wedding. inexpensive and everyone i know loves it).
i'm telling you, you can't go wrong with this gift. i'm sure she will give you a gift in exchange ; )
