when i go to tool, then internet options, to delete history, the tab isnt available what do i do?

to delete the words on the scroll down, i went to internet option but the button for delete history is not available, and when i double click were u type the words down to search, the words are still there.

im probably getting all of u confused, but what i was trying to say was when u get to like yahoo or google and u click on the blank space for WEB SEARCH it saved every word u look for. so i was wondering how do u erase those words, "not the blank space at the top left"

Are you sure you:
clicked Tools
Internet Options
Look near the bottom on the right side of the dialog box.
click Clear History
Then, set "days to store pages in history" to 0

Clearing history only deletes those you have hit so far. As you continue to surf, they build up again. By storing pages to 0, your history will be clear at each power on.
