the most common webcams are Logitech brand, so im just guessing you have one of those. Try looking at the Logitech website and where it says Drivers, you can see the pictures, look for your cam.

oh btw...if you already connected your webcam, unplug it, and when you find the driver, the installer will ask you to plug the camera in. basicaly if its already pluged in, it wont detect it.
