That is really assuming you have seen or read all three?

What do you reckon anyway, even if you have only seen one of the three.

Read and seen the two videos. I'd say the film was horrible. Mark Wahlberg and George Clooney couldn't act their way out of a paper bag, not to mention the screenplay was terrible.
I'd have to say the book was the best, even though it was a bit dry. The documentary was ok, but left out a lot of the facts or hypothesis detailed in the book.

never saw the documentary, but the book was definitely better. it was much less drama and more detail. very informative too. the author describes all the nautical/weather-related/ military terms needed to understand the story. not much dictionary work!! the movie was ok, but they guessed a LOT at the end. who really knows what happened? coulda done without all the mushy lovestory crap. who did the documentary? independent film, A&E/history/discovery channel? my interest is piqued....

I'd say the book, purely if you have a great imagination though.
All books are better if you have a good imagination.
When i read the green mile i thought the book was brilliant although when i watched the film it was really hard to say which was better.

seen the film was great but very sad, even though we knew they all drowned i was still hoping that they would be saved, really great scenes with the rescue helicopter and the way they zoomed down through all the hurricane to the boat, really gave you a understanding of the whole scale of things, never catch me out in a boat after that.
