It was called the Snorkels i think.
They were little underwater guys with snorkels coming out of their heads. Kinda like an underwater version of the Smurfs.

LMAO! OMG i was thinking about Fraggle Rock even before i opened the question :P I used to love that show. They havent played any episodes here in Australia for years so i cant remember the last time i saw it. But if it came back on now...i would still sit down and watch it hehe. Im such a big kid!

Oh yes...I remember the days of Fraggle Rock...I liked that one too.
My favorite show as a kid, though, was a short-lived sitcom called "Small Wonder." It was about a girl who was a robot..her father built her. I don't know why I liked it so much, but I thought it was great.
