Of course!

I'm getting married this Saturday, and it really bums me out that my wife and I won't be able to share health insurance, visit each other in the hospital, both be listed on our children's birth certificates, file our taxes jointly, etc etc etc.

I think legal, state-sanctiond marriage should be an entirely different entity from church marriage. We'll be married in the eyes of our church, family, and friends, but according to the law we'll be no more than strangers. It isn't right that any man and any women (even if they've never met before) can go to the courthouse or Las Vegas and get married without so much as a by-your-leave, but two people in a commited, loving relationship can't do the same.

Yes. Everyone should be able to get married and be recognized.

I agree-My goodness if they love each other enough to marry, then shouldn't everyone else at least recognize a simple marraige? Good question.

I think that they should be reconized in some way. Maybe not exactly like a marriage between a man and a woman but there should be something that they can do to legally commit to each other :)

I also think they should.
If two people are willing to make a co-habitation and financial partnership with each other, it should be legally recognized.

Yep, definitely. Everybody deserves equal rights and the same opportunities/chances as everybody else. It's incredibly simple...I don't know why people don't see that.

I really think they should too. They are people too, and they have the right to choose who they marry, I think it's in one of the amendments or something.
