I know the basics of what to do, but in truth i really have no idea what I'm doing. I can jump about 19 feet off of natural ability. Could someone help me out in finding some technique to get better at it?

wow 19 feet? that alot for me... but you want to keep you legs together, while your running to the jump pit thing you should jog half way then sprint, it saves energy
