with how the technologly is growing i believe there can be life on mars. At least i sure hope so cuz with the whole global warming thing happening we gonna be screwed in years to come

Yes through Terraforming which requires Mars' heavily CO2 atmosphere be bombarded with Oxygen to react with the CO2 to break up the CO2 to increase the air density so Humans don't explode like tomatoes in a Microwave oven left in there too long. There is increasing evidence that there was life on Mars long ago because of a meteor that was uncovered in Antartica about 15-20 years ago and the bacteria they found on there were thought to come from Mars.

unless inhabited by humans there will not be life on mars although theorys say there once was which i believe to be true
mars was once like earth until the electromagnetic field protecting the planet from solar radiation got up and walked away and the Martian atmosphere and ground burned away

Not in our lifetime...there once was and may be in millions of years but I wouldn't be too concerned with seeing it.
