1. It would be cos of yer anti-virus, mostly norton anti-virus gives this problem. Either go to the options of Norton and uncheck the parental control or any other option which says somthing regarding to BLOCKING WEBPAGES.

2. If it still doesnt work, then remove the norton anti-virus and intall F-Secure anti-virus. It saves yer computer and allows you to view all web-pages and notifies you if the web-page you wish to see contains virus.

3. Use Firefox browser, there you can modify a lot of options to solve these problems.

1. Open Internet Explorer, then go to the web page that you want to allow pop-ups.
