i did when i was 11...a dogg was chasin me & i fell on the sidwalk and landed on my knee caps and one was pronounced broken. on a scale from 1-10 a 7...it was pretty bad but not THAT bad, it was really bleedin alot and alot of deep rips, but its all healed now

ive never done it but im hoping to break it in the future like soon so lemme kno if you get any good ways
