This question scares me for some reason, as you dear studbolt have some rather odd answers from time to time. Without knowing what you mean exactly I will just say sure why not.(odd doesnt mean bad either, they usually make me laugh)

Bush is right at 30% now, and should dip into the 20's any day now. This is the lowest approval rating of any President in history, including Richard M. Nixon.

Here are some other polls numbers to keep in mind:

CBS Poll: 12/11/06

Just 21 percent approve of President Bush's handling of the war, the lowest number he's ever received, and an 8-point from just a month ago.

Opposition to the war is now taking on historic proportions, with 62 percent saying it was "a mistake" to send U.S. troops to Iraq — slightly more than told a Gallup Poll in 1973 that it was a mistake to send U.S. forces to Vietnam.

Seventy-one percent say the war is going badly, including 39 percent who believe the war is going very badly. Just 25 percent say it's going well. The negative assessment of the war was shared by a majority of Republicans, Democrats and Independents.

Half of all Americans believe the situation in Iraq is getting worse, while fewer than one in 10 think it's getting better.

21% approve of Bush's handling of Iraq.
75% disapprove

If Bush doesn't at least make ANY effort to listen to or apply any of the recommendations of the ISG, you're predictions will surely come true.
