I love that cartoon haha. I think they were sweedish... Ren Hoek... and Sven was Ren's cousin.. who knows. Or maybe German. Hopefully ya find out!

Ren is a certified "Asthma Hound" Chihuahua, which would make him Mexican, wouldn't it? His full name is Ren van Hoek, which may indicate a Norwegian background...
Stimpy is supposedly a cat, although he resembles no animal I've ever seen.. There has been little made of his ethnicity. I presume he is 100% American Idiot by breed.
