You don't mention a specific game. I'm assuming you're talking about the monday night game. I highly doubt it'll get over 40 points. St. Louis won't get more than 7 against the Bears defense. If I were a betting man and the over/under was 40, I'd go under.

The Rams are at home so despite the Bears defense they're gonna score points, and their defense hasn't been playing that well so I expect the Bears to pick things up this week... More then 40 points will be scored.
