Anorexia, that's not fashionable at all. Besides, clothes make the person, you shouldn't care what other people constitute as fashion, get creative and do your own thing. I love hats, groovy pants and casuals.

Tights/Leggings, Skinny Jeans, Uggs, Costume Jewelery (you know that chunky tacky **** that's in these days sick)
For Guys:
Those hideous European Shoes that are flat and long, The Big Ganster chains and sloppy clothes

Uggs!!!!! Revealing clothing. Belly button piercings. Black hair with bleached highlights (or visa verse). Louis Vuitton bags!!!!Tan skin and blond hair. Thank god my man doesn't like blonds. Homosexuality. Boys in skin tight pants. Plastic surgery. Hobo bags. Tiffany's bracelets. Sluts (both men and women). Emo. Baggy pants and shirts. Sideways hats. Bling Bling chains. Doo rags.
They all may not be fashion trends, but they are trends. Every single one of them are ugly too. Besides the homosexuality. That's just stupid. Your either gay or not. DON'T MAKE IT A TREND! Why doesn't anyone ever just be true to themselves. Don't stereotype yourself.

When they made Uggs, they forgot to add the "ly" at the end. Those things are horrible.
And for men, spending 2 hours in the bathroom doing their hair to make it look like they just woke up. I can't stand that spikey-hair bedhead look...

The animal (leopards, panthers, etc), whether fake or real. They are supposed to be "classy" and "elegant," but I think it makes a person look classless...and "cheap." As for the guys, those ugly big baggy pants and big shirts; with nasty chains.

Wearing gym clothes, like sweat pants, trainers and crop tops as normal clothes. Here's a news flash: nobody's butt looks good in sweat pants! Trainers stink! If you go around wearing nothing more than a bra, you will look like a whore!

little 80's stretch pant/leggings that should only be worn by an 8 year old in balet class. They dont look good on any grown women...and thats not me hating, Im skinny and I could never!
