Of course its possible as there is no strict regulations or monitoring of the votes precisely as they come in so it would be easy for the producers or someone else who works on the show to add a few points/votes to the person the producers etc want to win, Ofcom can only investigate days after if there has been evidence of foul play or lots of complaints but of course the Beeb would be able to cover this up plus alot of people who work on the show can ring up for the person the shows producers etc want to win over and over again to make the votes look legitimate, there are ways of fixing such shows, only the gullible would think otherwise, most of these shows are a sham.
