No. You can recover deleted files because the file table still contains information on them, but you wiped out the file table when you repartitioned.

DOn't write anything to it. You could try ontrack easy recovery to read it. I believe they let you download and it will show you what it could recover for you if you purchase it. There are many other recovery tools out there too if you search long enough.
