Mottaki echoed calls made last week by Iran’s top national security official, Ali Larijani, for Gulf Arab countries to eject American bases in their countries and establish a regional security pact with Iran. Mottaki went further and offered deeper cooperation with the six Gulf Arab states on energy, tourism, business and counter-narcotics.

It sounds viable. They can pretend to be civilised, take the greedy corporate practices from our society while holding us to ransom while they keep the population ignorant and full of hate. Maybe they can run the anti discrimination board from washington, or just have all complaints diverted to a Mufti in Iran then carry out his judgement back in the usa. This would certainly save time and money for the government.

Oh i'm confident Iran has finished properly in this: influencing the Shiites in Iraq, and now there is Sharia regulation between Afghani Shiites. The theocrats that infest and rule Iran could desire to be properly delighted.

uum looks as though the entire middle east has learned its lesson. Divorce itself from the U.S. at all costs. And they haven't all said no. In fact we all know - or at least should know - that middle eastern countries have been meeting with Iran for several months now. What has been happening is that more and more of the middle eastern countries are aware of the needs and wants of the United States, They also see what has happened and what is still happening in Iraq.
Plus, they can tell the U.S. anything. All heads of state lie. They lie. We lie.
I believe they are doing many things --- things that are in their favor -- that we will never know about....until they are ready to tell us.
