What can you do . Went you find out that your divorce attorney. Lie to you, and changed your divorce paper and finding out by ex wife attorney helped. and play the divorce out for 18 months. And went I take care of the child, Dr apointment ect. all meals, and clothes. I got to pay $100 month in child susport because you got to pay a women something in Ohio. and she get $1000 a month of by retriement. Went she took all of her money out of 401K. They tell me women can do this. From by understanding this is not what I agree to. it was all changed. The Bar lost all information, other attorneys refused to take the case, do to they see what happen.
What can I do ?

Report him and the situation to the State bar association. Better have your documentation ready if you going to contest this. Get an out of state lawyer who can practice in Ohio.

Get Revenge !!! I know so many people that got screwed like you by worthless attorneys, from divorce cases, civil courts, and criminal.
One worthless attorney won't go after another to help you because they are afraid their crooked games will get noticed to.
I say make a sign A BIG ONE ( but watch how you word it ) State on the sign something to this effect:
ATTORNEY JOHN DOE, I HIRED HIM, ( BUT HE WORKED AGAINST ME AND FOR THE RESPONDENT.
I TRUSTED HIM ( HE DID WHAT HE COULD TO GIVE TO THE RESPONDENT).
I PAID HIM ( AND HE TOOK EVERYTHING).
NOW I AM SCREWED DON'T LET HIM DO IT TO YOU.
AND SIT OUT IN THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF HIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR SIGN AND
PUT OUT A TIN CAN TO COLLECT PENNIES FOR HIM BECAUSE HE MUST NEED THE MONEY MORE THAN YOU, TO BE SUCH A LOW LIFE.

If I were you, if you owe your lawyer money, tell him that he will not get paid until he fixes this mess.....pray for Jesus to help you....He knows all about unfair treatment....they crucified Him and gave Him a criminals death, when He was inocent.......God bless ya
