if you are getting blocked it is because that is what your parents have done. find a different computer that is my suggestion. remember you do not have to update it everyday so it only needs to be a computer you visit a couple times a week.
Or find a way to unblock it. get a Key logger (kgb spy) and find the password. kgb spy also gives you screen shots so you know exactly what to do.

well I'm assuming your computer has a web filter like websence. there are many websites to bypass these filters on the internet just google "how to get past websence".
