Lucky for you you're probably in middle school, and if you look hard enough you'll find a teacher who will sit down and help you.

Option 2: Work through it with family who knows it
Option 3: Find a smart friend and let them help you
Option 4:Tutoring

Read the book. Then re-read it. Then keep doing practice problems until your brain can determine the relevant patterns that make algebra work. The more you do it, the easier it will get. And trust me, it won't get any easier unless you're willing to work at it.

Email me if you're looking for any specific help, I am a math teacher.

pre-algerbra its all about solving for X
just keep practicing solving for X and youll be fine

here is some tips

-be positive! if you keep saying you cant you wont be able to do the homework and youll be close minded to what the teacher has to say
(I used to hate my teacher he was an a$$, and the Me and the other students kept complaying about him. And what did complayning acomplished?? NOTHING!)

-tell the teacher in person when there is no one around that you think he is going too fast, and that you need more explanation in a sertain problem or homework. He should help you, and if he doesn't, talk to the principle and so she/he can fire his a$$.

-be patient, read the lesson before he teaches it, so you can have at least a small clue what he is going to talk about...

I think thats about it..if you have any questions you can Email me, if If i have time I can help ;D

okay,
1.you have to know the basic before you can understand everything
2.try to approach your teacher by asking questions (i allowed my students to ask me if they dont understand the lesson)
3.ask for somebody's help (a good one in your class or a tutor)
4.try to read and understand your book
5.love math. i know it's hard but you have to.
6.practice problems especially word problems

no one can help you but yourself... any course in college have math subjects..

Got all the excuses for failure out of your system?
Now, you can ask questions here, but the only way to learn it, is to do the homework. Don't panic, people will help.

justwait till you get to the real thing..
.
but to answer your question, always do your assignments no matter if your answers are bad, and if you don't want to go to extra helps, maybe sign up for an AIS class in place of flex, if your school has them.
