Why would you want to lose 40 pounds? that would put you at 95 pounds and you would be about 20 underweight. 135 is perfectly fine. and in 2 months the most you should lose is 16 pounds to be healthy.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Losing 40 pounds at your current weight is unhealthy, and you should not be aiming to do so. 135 is a healthy weight for your size. Why are you trying to lose the weight? Perhaps you should talk to your doctor and he/she can help you set up an exercise plan to maintain your current weight. I think it will be difficult for you to find a doctor or nutritionist willing to put you on a diet plan to help you reach an unhealthy weight. Good luck with it!

If you lost 40 pounds you would be badly underweight for your height.

I'm the same height as you and I have keep my weight above 120 to be healthy.

135 is still in the healthy range for your height.

40 pounds is too extreme. You might want to see a proper physician regarding weight loss the healthy loss. Don't start throwing up your food, that leads to anorexia, and that kills you. You may want to lose 5 pounds first and go on from there.

I'm no expert, but 95 pounds does not sound like a healthy weight for someone who is 5'5". And two months is to short a time frame to succesfully lose and keep off any weight. If you use any BMI calculator, it shows that you are at a normal weight for your heighth. I suggest that instead of losing weight, you try doing toning exercises instead.

You do not want to be 95 lbs...

I went down to 105 and I looked and felt horrible...i had bones sticking out everywhere.

I am 131 lbs 5-6 and I feel great...and look wonderful.

You need to visit a nutritionist if you are having problems with your weight and also a therapist.

Is somebody asking you to go down to 95 lb?
