It is generally considered very difficult to sneeze with your eyes open although some people claim to have done it. Contrary to urban myth, it is not to stop your eyes from falling out of your head.
A sneezer affects the abdomen, chest, neck and face. When you sneeze, your eyelids get a message to close. You cannot choose to keep them open. People who claim that there are eyes can open are wirded differently.
