whenever deciding on which colors to use look at your eye color. if they are blue then use the opposite color. so brown eyeliner goes very well with blue and green eyes. as for eyeshadow you should go with brown also. it always looks so muck better on a person if they know that there are other eyeliners than black. and pink eyeshadow.

I am a makeup artist and this is what i think:

First is the eye shadow. which u have 2 options, they are?

1. Intensify your eye color
Coordinated shadows, soft pencil eye liner and lengthening mascara. Blue shades enhance your eye color—browns make it pop for a get-noticed, intensified blue!

-Shadows for intensity
-Eyeliner for definition
-Lengthening mascara

2. Your boldest look ever
Play up your blue eyes with expertly coordinated shadows, liquid liner eye and voluming mascara. Coffee shades enhance your eye color— denims make it pop for your boldest blue yet!

-Shadows for high impact
-Liquid liner for drama
-Volumizing mascara

Then you can help with the pencil eye liner or go for the liquid eye liner(takes practice) to make your eyes go for the grown up look. Try using the mascara to lengthen or make them thicker foe the full look.

Then you can just go from there, if u don't want to put alot of make up on just do the eyes and the lips( gloss, lip stick..or what u feel comfortable in) but always have some time of lip gloss. cant lips go dry.

Darker colors, black eyeliners and mascara, grey or blue eyeshadows.
Don't use brown it will make your eyes look green. Also, use a pinker blush as compared to a peachy color.
To really make your eyes stand out, if you aren't already try dark brown hair, chestnut or something similiar, your eyes will look amazing!

I love "Teddy" eyeliner by MAC (I have blue eyes too). Charcoal colored liners are great for bringing out color, and try a nice coppery eye shadow also (amber lights & focus by MAC are very pretty). Have fun!

Have you ever seen the Almay eyeshadow and eyeliner sets that are made specifically to make certain eye colors stand out. They have everyday sets and "play" sets which are more bold and maybe for going out. I use the set for hazel eyes and I love it.

The star of Gilmore Girls (I forget her real name, she played Rory...?) once wore a black dress and her blue eyes looked so bright, you NEVER in a million years would have mistaken them for green or anything like that, they looked downright blue.

So wearing black makes your eyes pop, also google it, there are a lot of make-up coloring tips online.

Also, just be glad to have blue eyes. A lot of people would die for blue or green eyes. :)

darker colors, like black eyeliner, black mascara, brown eyeshadow. or wearing something blue will make them pop out. since you want your eyes to pop out you shouldn't wear lipstick , so the attention is drawn to your eye. even darkening your hair will make them pop!

Wear a shirt that matches your eye color. Then we'll be able to spot your eyes a mile away.

you are never supposed to use the same color as your eyes because they get lost and blend in with your shadow. as for the rest it would depend on your skin color and hair color brunettes tend to look better in earth tones while blondes look better in cool colors lavenders ect.
