Do you like all the Christmas decorations outside. The lights and raindeer and blow up Santa's? I personally don't. It ruins the night. Ya know, sometimes I just wanna look out my window and see the darkness, dead still night, and the fallen snow without all the damn lights blinding me. Oh, for the hell of it, how do you spell Scrooge's first name?

Come to London. The only major outdoor decorations we have are in places like Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. When I look out my window I see trees, bushes, a street light and the apartment block across the road. Except from the robin cuddled up to the street light for warmth, it's totally still out there.

It's understandable. Better to not have any at all then to be someone who thinks they know what they are doing when really half their house is done and most of the bulbs are out. I think that is what Zoo Lights and other areas that set up actual displays are for. It's another way to waste money! You gotta buy the equipment or restore your old ones. THEN they "Jack Your Price Up!" And every year they pull out something bigger or better and they just suck you in!

I like the lights, the blow up stuff looks really tacky. Everyone on our street has lights up, and the wire reindeer, that their heads move, they are cool. But I dont mind the lights, it looks nice.

Ebenezer, and I like looking at the lights, but not all that other stuff, like the deer and blow up stuff, that's too much. Just lights, especially blue ones.

okay well i don't really get snow here so it doesn't really matter to me wheather or not i can see the snow. and it is just once a year so yeah i like the lights. but good luck with all of that.
