it depends on the fabric of the skirt. some fabrics cannot be bleached because it could destroy the material. if you've dried the skirt with the stain, it's highly unlikely that it will come out. But if you haven't, OxyClean works wonders!!!! I have a pair of white jeans (which can't be bleached) and some how a pair of red underwear got into the load with those jeans and i had pink streaks all over those white jeans. I did not dry them, but i immediately soaked them in OxyClean & cold water overnight. The container that it comes in will tell you the water to powder ratio (i always put just a lil extra for luck) They look brand new again :)

Depends on the material the skirt is made of. Before I would try bleach, soak it in cold water with some Shout. Bleach could turn polyester yellow. Silk would be ruined, etc. You get the idea.

If the skirt hasn't been dried you can try by putting some stain remover on it and take a little brush to gently brush it in then rewash it.
