Several aspects were good for the nation and some were unconstitutional. The Agricultural adjustment Act which wanted farmers to leave land fallow and the NRA or National Recovery Administration tried to stop intrastate trade competitions. Both were ruled unconstitutional rightfully so.
But the Civilian Conservation Corps and the Works Progress Act gave great opportunities to those that would not have normally had them. For example, the WPA gave struggling artists jobs and struggling musicians an audience, and though it sounds senseless it really helped in the long run. The CCC gave jobs to young men and forced them to send 25 of 30 dollars home thus home helping out the families too.
And let us not forget the Social Security Act which last till this day.The SEC was first implemented during the times of the New Deal and it is also still in use today. Many other useful acts were instituted and helped America look a little brighter during a hard time.
As a whole the new deal helped America but did not pull us out of our depression, WWII did.

The New Deal was the name President Franklin D. Roosevelt gave to the series of programs between 1933–37 with the goal of relief, recovery and reform of the United States economy during the Great Depression. There's lots more info online- Wikipedia.org is a good place to start.

Perhaps the most important part of the economy is consumer confidence. The New Deal gave people in the worst depression of our time hope for the future. And probably led to greater patriotism before the US entered WWII.

Definitely.

America's WW2 involvement relied on New Deal policies.
