T or F...elliptical galaxies are more common than spiral galaxies?

I will answer your first question with a qualifier. The most recent photos from Mars suggests that rivers and streams have flowed on its surface as recently as months ago, rather than eons ago as once thought. Please check out NASA's website. The pics are phenomenal.

The second is a guess at true the elliptical galaxies are more common. The scatter seems more probable.

1- true and false. Some people may believe that rivers and streams caused them. Others don't. People, take into consideration that mars also has massive windstorms.
2- unknown. We haven't even seen all of the universe. Cartwheel galaxies are probably the rarest. Here's one...

No mars has never had water unless a icestroide has hit it mars is like a ball of gas collecting dirt on it not much density and any thing like water evaporates violently into the thin atmosphere.
