me and my partner have been together for almost 3 years and in the time we have not conceive and we would really like a baby it makes me sad when we see other people with there babies and i just feel crying please help us?

go to your OB/GYN and get the ball rolling. There are tons of things doctors can try before going the expensive route of IUI and IVF. Your OB can refer you to an RE (Reproductive Endocrinologist) who can order bloodwork, ultrasounds and other tests to see why you guys aren't getting pg. They will also do a sperm analysis on your partner.
In the meantime, start charting your temperature (see www.fertilityfriend.com for directions how) and start learning about your fertility signs. You'll feel better once you have a plan, and even better than that if the plan ends in a pregnancy.

I know exactly how you feel. I wish there was an easy answer. I pray a lot and try everything that seems safe, I utilize webmd a lot for tips and information. Have you seen your doctor? I wish you the best of luck.

It took my husband and I 7 years to conceive. I suggest, trying not to use the bathroom afterwards, and putting a pillow under your hips and sleeping that way after sex.

Are you sure that both of you are fertile? Also, get a home ovulation test so you know the best times to try. Good luck!

TTC is tough. you need to see your Dr. to find out if something is wrong with you or your partner. if everything is OK, chart your ovulation - are you even ovulating?

me and my partner got pregnant twice by not using lubricant or doing oral b4 sex. and it worked for us everytime we used lub or had oral it didn't work. don't use any ky jelly, baby oil, vaseline don't use anything because lubricants will harm sperm and saliva will to. try it i hope it works!
