i was thinking of getting a gift basket and a robe for a friend for xmas. i was wondering of thats a good gift and if robes are what ladies want for xmas.

I love bath and body works. Any women will love recieving a gift basket filled with bath stuff + robe. You're so romantic and the lady you're going to give for Christmas will love you for eternity.

I would love it, but if it is an opposite sex friend, it might come across as weird unless you are already in a relationship. The gift basket part is OK, though. Bath and body works is fav for almost every woman I know. They have other great little gifts in the store to go with the baskets. A makeup bag is always good or a travel bag if she travels alot.

Bath and Body works is a great gift for a close female friend or more. Robes I guess that depends on the type of relationship along with the type of robe. Is she a comfy robe kind of gal? Me I prefer a sweatshirt or sweater with my P.JS., but there are plenty of women who like a big comfy robe. Good luck!

ABSOLUTELY !!!! there's nothing nicer than a nice warm bath with bubbles. and all of the other stuff that usually comes with them ...like lotions or powder. and then stepping into a nice warm soft robe. YEP!!! great gift idea. HO HO HO !!! house shoes to match that robe might be something else to think about. I'm sure she will like anything that you get her. Merry Christmas !

i would be happy with it. what's even better about bath and body works is that if the scent you get is not something they usually like then they can exchange it for another one. and still keep the basket and what ever else comes in it. Make sure you get a gift receipt just in case.

only if the person receiving the gift likes that kind of thing, you also have to be careful if they have any skin allergies or anything like that. Otherwise it is a great gift!
