The onset and degree of pregnancy symptoms will vary within women. Many women experience them within days of conception, others take a few weeks before pregnancy symptoms kick in and a lucky few feel no discomfort at all. The early pregnancy symptoms listed on this page generally can be felt once implantation occurs (8 - 10 days from ovulation) and will lessen after the first trimester.

Nausea & Vomiting

Breast Tenderness

Frequent Urination

Feeling Tired / Sluggish

Light Bleeding

Dizziness and/or Fainting

Every womans body is different and every pregnancy is different. Alot depends on the regularity of your cycle. Sore breast and/ or nipples, nausea, fatigue and lightheadedness are some signs of early pregnancy. Best thing you could do is to take a home pregnancy test. The First Response brand can tell you up to 5 days before your period is due if you are pregnant or not, assuming your cycle is regular. Otherwise, call your dr, who will most likely give you a test or send you for bloodwork to see if there is any levels of the HCG hormone in your bloodstream.

I just found out I am pregnant. I found out during my third week of pregnancy and now I'm in my fourth week. So yes, to your question you should know by the first month. I am not having signs and symptoms of pregnancy though. The only thing I am experiencing is tiredness. No nausea, vomiting, tender breasts, etc. Good Luck to you. I hope this helps.

I found out when I was 3 weeks along. The only really bad thing about it is that it makes you feel even more like you are pregnant forever. I had sore breasts and a little nausea when I took my test, and I could barely keep my eyes open, but I was also working 2 jobs at the time.

Usually when you are pregnant, you're usually the first to know. You might be in denial but you're going to know. Your moods may be up and down, you maybe a little nausea, and your breast may feel a little different. Your weight won't change until your fourth and fitfth months. It all depends on how you carry and how sick you are your first couple of months.

naturaly there wont be any physical signs, but by then you might be feeling sick due to changing hormone levels. if you've been sexually active just take a pregnancy test like 2 or 3 weeks later. Sorry, ive never had a kid(way too young) but we just covered this in health class, so i hope im right.

I didn't know the signs were "signs of pregnancy" until I was almost 3 months. I just thought I had a bad case of the flu.

some people know immediately and some people don't know for months and months. some signs of pregnancy are nausea, tender breasts, sensitivity to smells that you normally aren't sensitive to. but everybody is different.
